Downloading New/Previous Orders

How are designs delivered?

All designs are instant download right from the website, after payment. There is a clickable link on the last page of the order. Paypal users must wait to be sent back to the site for the link. If you close Paypal before this happens, the order will not generate a link. An email copy will also be mailed to you. Some ISP's block these emails, so please add sew-n-2-u@sew-n-2-u.com to your address book.

How do I download a previous order from my history?

Log in. Go to My Account, review previous orders, click on the order number and download from the link.

I went to my order history and I cant see all of my orders.

When my database was wiped out in October 2009, I lost all of my order history for previous customers.  Email me at sew-n-2-u@sew-n-2-u.com Design orders more than 1 yr old are not replaceable or guaranteed to be downloadable from history.

I had a computer crash and lost my designs. What can I do to replace them?

Log in to your account. Go to Review Previous Orders. Click on the order number and you will see the download link for your design.  Designs older than 1 year are not eligible for replacement and will not be resent.
